Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 9ks ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms take effect when you access, register for, or use any service offered through the 9ks platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related features.

By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set out herein, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

To use the 9ks platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration
• Not subject to any legal prohibition from participating in online gaming activities
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Never previously suspended or banned from the 9ks platform
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

9ks reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Users who provide false information regarding age or identity may face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credit balances.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 9ks platform only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, phone number, email address, and valid identification for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes. The KYC process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Never share your login credentials with anyone. 9ks will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

9ks supports a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including online banking (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure.

The minimum deposit allowed is as stated on your account page. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 9ks does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Winning withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours upon completion of verification. Withdrawal requests exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification before approval, as part of our standard security procedures.

9ks offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) clearly stated in their respective promotion terms. A bonus award does not mean it can be withdrawn directly — all wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.

Members found attempting to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts for repeated bonus claims or using betting strategies that contravene promotion terms — will face immediate action without further warning. Wins obtained through bonus abuse may be voided in full.

All games offered on the 9ks platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, and table games — have their own rules that must be followed. Game outcomes generated by the system are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.

In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, 9ks will assess the situation based on system records and provide a fair resolution to affected members. Wagers placed during a confirmed technical disruption will be considered void and the amount will be refunded to the player's account.

9ks has zero tolerance for any form of fraud, use of automated software (bots), game manipulation, or collusion between players. Any member found engaging in such activities will be suspended immediately and all wins will be voided without compensation.

All 9ks members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without warning:

• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward other members or support staff
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 9ks platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Using any method to manipulate game outcomes

9ks reserves the right to take legal action against any individual who commits cybercrime or financial fraud through our platform.

9ks takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. All information you provide during registration and while using the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with international data protection standards.

9ks reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. In such situations, valid balances (after deducting any bonuses that do not meet the required conditions) will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days once all withdrawal conditions have been met and no transactions remain pending.

Members who have applied for self-exclusion through our responsible gaming program are not permitted to re-register during the designated exclusion period.

The 9ks platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. While we strive to achieve 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance periods or unavoidable technical disruptions may occur.

9ks is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from your reliance on information on this platform. Our maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim.

9ks reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time based on operational needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the 9ks platform after the effective date of any amendment signifies your acceptance of and agreement to the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
